Honoured to have represented Youth Wamphavu Zambia yesterday in Lusaka, where 30 youth-led civil society organisations gathered to review the domestication and implementation of the African Youth Charter marking 20 years since its adoption.

This consultation feeds into the African Youth Charter @20 Appraisal, led by APRM in partnership with YouLead Africa and Restless Development.

I'm humbled to have been part of this discussion and grateful to National Youth Development Council - Zambia Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts Restless Development Zambia and everyone involved.

Drug addiction is a sickness, not a crime. Punishing addicts by locking them up doesn't cure them, it only breaks them further. People who steal or kill should face the law, but addicts need treatment, not handcuffs.
We need more rehabilitation centers, especially affordable government ones, so every family can get help without going broke at private centers.
