Dr. Mohamed Badawy , Our Presenter this evening -Epilepsy Masterclasses.

Dr. Badawy is a dedicated Neuropsychiatry Resident Physician at EHA Medical Complex in Suez City, Egypt, where he has been actively involved in managing both urgent and chronic neurological and psychiatric cases across the emergency department, wards, stroke unit, neuro ICU, and outpatient clinics.

Currently in his second year of postgraduate training, Dr. Badawy brings a strong interest and experience in pediatric neurology, serving concurrently at a women and children’s hospital as a pediatric neurologist. His clinical competencies extend to critical care medicine, as he is also pursuing the ICU Military Board as a second specialty, with hands-on expertise in neuro and general ICU settings.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Badawy has enriched his academic and professional profile by completing a Health Informatics Internship at Hospital 57357 and earning a Diploma in Data Analysis. He also maintains strong academic linkages with interns from Suez University, supporting their clinical training within the medical complex.

Dr. Badawy’s skill set is broad and includes neuroimaging and neurophysiology techniques, diagnostic imaging interpretation, intervention procedures, critical care management, scientific writing, and telemedicine applications.

His ability to combine clinical expertise with informatics and data analysis makes him an excellent fit for advancing collaborative research in neurology, psychiatry, and endocrinology.
