You have been taking Omeprazole wrong all this while……

I recently saw a man sharing his experience.

He said he has been taking omeprazole for over 2 years, yet he feels it is not working for him.

I could hear the frustration in his voice, and honestly, that feeling is valid

So I asked him a very simple question
“How do you take it, sir?”

That was when everything became clear.

He had been taking omeprazole the wrong way the entire time.

And this is more common than many people realize. A lot of people are treating ulcer blindly.

Not because they do not want to get better, but because no one explained how to properly take some of these medications.

The other day, I overheard two ladies talking about their periods.

One said hers comes with no pain.
The other said hers comes with severe pain.

They both laughed about it somehow

But this is where many important conversations end.

Because somewhere along the line, we started normalizing pain that should never be normal.

- Helps build a strong bond between mom and baby
- Supports healthy growth and development
- Reduces risk of infections and diseases in babies, like diarrhea and respiratory issues
- Also benefits mom's health, like reducing risk of breast cancer and postpartum depression

*Stay clean, stay healthy! 💪*

- Wash your hands before touching your breasts or pumping equipment
- Clean your breasts and ni***es with water; avoid harsh soaps
- Change nursing pads frequently to stay dry and prevent bacteria growth
- Store expressed milk safely in clean containers

*Watch out for these hygiene-related issues:*

- Mastitis: a breast infection that can cause pain, swelling, and fever
- Breast abscess: a collection of pus in the breast tissue
- Thrush (oral candidiasis): a fungal infection affecting baby's mouth and mom's ni***es
- Staph infections: bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus can cause skin infections

*Eat to boost your milk production! 🍴*

- Oats: rich in fiber and iron
- Leafy greens: packed with nutrients
- Berries: antioxidants and vitamins
- Nuts and seeds: healthy fats and protein
- Whole grains: complex carbs for energy
- Hydrate with plenty of water!
