We are proud to introduce one of our featured voices for the Breaking the Silence – Youth Mental Health Webinar.

Meet Cosmas Ngoma, a dedicated Youth Advocate and Health Promotion Specialist with over four years of experience driving impact in adolescent sexual and reproductive health, HIV awareness, and social behavior change.

Cosmas has contributed to major regional and international initiatives, including the development of the Self-Care Toolkit across Zambia, Kenya, and Tanzania, and the “Be in the Know” digital platform supporting young people across Sub-Saharan Africa.

His work goes beyond advocacy, engaging communities, influencing policy, and ensuring that young people are not only heard but actively included in decision-making spaces.

Currently serving as Deputy Executive Director for Proactive Community Action and Southern Africa Research Coordinator for SAYWHAT, Cosmas continues to shape the future of youth-centered health and development.

Join us on 30th May 2026 at 18:00hrs via Google Meet as he shares insights and drives meaningful conversation on youth mental health.
