Friday 21 January workout. Full body HIIT.
This workout wasn't without any challenges. My form was especially bad during the lunge kicks. As for the up and down plank it really gave me a hard time but I did a modification on kneeling because I would rather be in better form than push myself and possibly hurt myself. The jump rope was supposed to be 5-7 minutes but knowing myself half if that time would have been spent huffing and puffing and not jumping so I modified to 200 jumps that way I made sure I did all the jumps however long it took.
Please comment with tips on how I can improve my form during these workouts.
