I have noticed that most people who are depressed it has to do with “what will society say”, any suggestions on how to rise above this thought and live authentically?

🌟 To All Christian Youths Facing Difficulties🌟

Hey there! If you’re feeling lost, rejected, or like hope is slipping away, remember that you are never alone.

In these tough moments, lean on your faith. God has a plan for you, even when the path seems dark. Reach out to friends, family, or your community—sharing your struggles can lighten the load.

Remember Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Hold on to that promise. You are cherished, and brighter days are ahead. Keep your head up and your heart open! 💖✨

I vividly recall a moment in high school when a teacher told me I was nothing but a scumbag, that I was worthless and mentally challenged. Those words stuck with me until my second year at university, when I failed 4 out of 5 modules. It was during that difficult time that I heard a whisper telling me I had the character of God. From that day forward, everything changed. I went from failing 4 modules to passing all 8 the next semester with As and Bs.

Whenever someone tells me I'm not good enough, I tap into my spiritual energy and remind myself that I am made in the image of God. There are thousands, if not millions, of people waiting to be fed. My message to you today is to never let others define you. Understand your own potential. You are a champion. When they say you can't, use it as a stepping stone to reach your next level. You have God's Character. You can do whatever you dream of. Keep your head up.

John 14:1-2.

Discouragement makes one focus on the moment. One gets stuck on the pain, the hopelessness, or the loneliness in one's heart.

Then you reach a point where you can’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. When you do see the light, fear will rush towards you.

All I can say is look for someone with a positive mindset who can help you move one step at a time.

🌟 Prioritize Your Mental Health! 🌟

Remember, it's okay to not be okay. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as physical health. 🌈

💬 Talk About It: Open up to friends, family, or a professional. You’re not alone in this journey!

🧘 Practice Self-Care: Take time for yourself—whether it’s reading, meditating, or going for a walk.

🤝 Support Others: Reach out to someone who might be struggling. A simple check-in can make a world of difference.

Let’s break the stigma together! 💚
