As part of our commitment to promoting a healthy and productive workforce, the Hospital conducts a Weekly Wellness Day for all staff members through sports and physical exercise activities.
These sessions provide an opportunity for staff to engage in various fitness activities, including aerobics, jogging, stretching exercises, and team sports, aimed at improving physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
