✨Everything starts with a thought..✨

What you are today is a bi-product of what you thought you would be and what you think today is what you will become tomorrow..

Thought is the most basic building block of consciousness and most basic form of potential energy.

Thoughts are neither positive or negative but it gets charged by our perception, which is based on our individual conditioning.

As soon as a thought is charged it becomes moving energy and creates emotions, these emotions that are outside get pulled into our body and result in feelings in our body, which are always accompanied with a somatic charge.

“Change the way you think to change your reality”

Healing changes the perception with which we view the same events we have been through in our life and hence our thoughts change, thereby changing our reality ✨✨

💫Everything in life is an experience, it’s neither good nor bad 💫

That one lesson I keep forgetting over and over again..

We all seem to get too attached to the experiences that we go through and we give these experiences the power to affect our emotions and start identifying with these feelings ..which creates inner versions of us that we need to keep revisiting to heal and nurture..

the sooner we realize that and drop all the judgements and change our perspective we open ourselves to learn what we are meant to learn from this experience..the sooner we can move on to the next experience..and grow through what we have to go through..

So why dont you all close your eyes..just take a deep breath and think what this experience is trying to teach you..

this may not be so easy, however you are not alone on this journey so remember “help is always available for those who seek for it”

The world of healing continues to amaze me everyday..every client I see is a mirror, showing me a reflection what lies buried inside me..and as they heal I heal..as they learn I learn and such is the beauty of this journey that we chose to embark on together ..

Is it June already?? I am struggling to recall where the first half of the year went, as so much has been happening. .it’s interesting how quickly mindfulness goes away when we become overwhelmed with what’s going on, however these grounding techniques can definitely help with maintaining a balance and staying present in the current moment.

Sunsets- do they represent the end of a beautiful day or a time to rest and rejuvenate to prepare for a brighter tomorrow??

It’s all about perspective isn’t it..interestingly life is just all about the perspective itself, and the perspective defines how we qualify the experience by putting a positive or negative stamp on it, based on our personal judgments.

“But I don’t judge ppl, I really accept them for who they are”, I hear a tiny voice inside me say “and yet ofcourse you don’t want be like those you claim not to judge, how else are you not able to accept yourself in a situation opposite to what you desire..”

Who are you, if not your desires and passions? Who are you if not your achievements and medals? Who are you without the roles given by society? Who are you without the internal validation you try so hard to seeek?

Perhaps everything, perhaps nothing…perhaps just a drop in the immense ocean of consciousness, so powerful and yet so helpless..

Who are you under the shelter of this ego, you are unable to let go of?

Why can’t you just flow and experience the magic that it brings with it..don’t be so harsh on yourself dear one, you are amazing, unique, extraordinary and super special just how you are ❤️

For all those of you who find today particularly hard …as perhaps you have had a difficult relationship with your mom..or you have lost your mom and are missing her a little too much today or maybe you are struggling to be a mom yourself and this day reminds you what you can’t have ..sending loads of love and strength and healing prayers your way, may you find peace in whatever life has to throw your way ❤️

One day is not enough to celebrate you but I am so glad I am here today to celebrate with you “Happy Mothers Day Mama”

We are all tied to our mothers with an invisible chord, that can never be broken and this is still our source of love and support in this world.

For all those of you who maybe a little teary eyed today... as you may have have a difficult relationship with your mother, you who have lost your mom and this day makes you miss her like crazy or are struggling to be a mom, sending loads of love and healing energy for you ❤️

I havnt been posting for a while, as I have had way too much going on in my space. I have been too overwhelmed and unable to gather my feelings and thoughts together so I decided to take a bit of a break from social media and fill my own cup first.

The best of us just get sucked into things that are out of our control, but the trick is not to dwell there long enough. The first thing that goes away when we are stressed is mental clarity and the rest is a slippery slope from there, on the other hand if you are able to change your perspective a whole new world is waiting to open up.

As I work on quietening all the screaming voices inside my head I can hear a gentle whisper “a new adventure is about to begin”

Every end is really a new beginning for a better tomorrow, the problem is that we spend too long immersed in what could have been ..whilst some times all we need to do is step away and look at things from a distance .

May this Eid bring so much joy and sunshines in your lives, and open doors that you may have never seen..may the love you spread come back manifolds ❤️❤️
