Hello lovelies!
When we experienced a day of cloudy skies & rain during our trip, we enjoyed getting our rain coats on & getting out to experience some weather! And I captured this mindful minute to share with you, along with a reminder of Tara Brach’s RAIN practice. The acronym is a helpful way to practice mindfulness. R stands for recognise; to be aware of what’s happening in our internal weather systems, physical, mental, emotional & soul. A stands for acknowledge; accept by allowing whatever is there to be there, no judgment required. I stands for investigate; get curious about where and what we are feeling, spend time observing. N stands for nurture; exercising loving kindness in our chosen response helps us regain balance and supports our wellness.
