Anzin Saifudeen, MSHIM, CDIP, CPC, CCS, is a healthcare coding and compliance professional with experience in the revenue cycle industry, including clinical documentation integrity (CDI), coding operations, and compliance. He serves as vice president of the AAPC Kerala/Kochi Local Chapter, India where he contributes to educational webinars and training initiatives for the coding community.

He currently serves as director of HIM – coding and compliance at RSB Healthcare Consulting LLC, an AI-powered healthcare solutions company based in Revere, Massachusetts, where he oversees coding operations, compliance strategy, and AI governance.

In addition to his HIM expertise, Anzin has experience in AI engineering, cybersecurity, and digital forensic investigation within healthcare, supporting areas such as data security, fraud detection, and digital health governance.

Anzin holds a master’s degree in health information management from a CAHIIM-accredited university in the United States. He has also held roles within government healthcare organizations in the Middle East, with experience in Australian Coding Standards (ACS) and ICD-10-AM.

Outside of work, Anzin is passionate about fitness. A retired national-level boxing gold medalist and powerlifter, he continues to prioritize health and discipline as part of his lifestyle.

Gangireddy Sreenivas Reddy, CPC, BCHH-C, and VP, AAPC Hyderabad Local Chapter, has over nine years of experience in healthcare documentation and medical coding, with expertise spanning risk adjustment, quality assurance, team leadership, and home health coding. He holds a master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences.

Sreenivas currently serves as a home health AI documentation analyst for a healthcare organization in the United States, where he focuses on the intersection of clinical documentation, coding expertise, and emerging artificial intelligence technologies to enhance coding accuracy and improve documentation workflows.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Sreenivas is an active contributor to the coding community. Since January 2025, he has served as vice president of the AAPC Hyderabad Local Chapter, supporting chapter operations and helping organize local chapter meetings that provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for coding professionals. Through this role, he actively supports professional development initiatives and contributes to the growth of the local coding community.

Sreenivas also enjoys mentoring aspiring coders and conducting online training sessions for home health coding candidates, particularly those preparing for specialty certification exams. With a strong interest in emerging technologies, he is passionate about exploring how artificial intelligence can support medical coders, improve documentation accuracy, and streamline coding processes, while continuing to contribute to the global coding community.

Vatsala Muthukumaraswamy, PMP, CDIP, CCS, COC, is an experienced healthcare coding professional with over 20 years of experience in operations, transitions, training, and continuing education. She currently serves as General Manager – Domain Training at AGS Health, where she oversees on-the-job training and ongoing education initiatives for the coding team, supporting accuracy and quality in coding practices.

A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB), she began her career in 2006 and has since held several leadership roles. She earned her COC® credential in 2012 and received Fellowship recognition in 2022 for her contributions to the profession.

In addition to her organizational responsibilities, Vatsala actively supports the medical coding community through education and mentorship. As Education Officer for the AAPC Chennai Local Chapter (2023–2025), she has coordinated educational sessions and member engagement initiatives that promote professional growth and collaboration.

Since 2020, she has presented at webinars and conferences, including AAPC International HEALTHCON and various local chapter events across India, the U.A.E., and the U.S. She is committed to supporting coding professionals in strengthening their knowledge and skills.
