Hi everyone. Recently I've noticed some activity on my blog and perhaps it's a time that you guys will benefit from it. I'd like to share with you my opinion about something. Just in a few words.
A lot of people think that term:
》 train, eat, sleep repeat 《 is the true blueprint for health and fitness. It's actually far from the truth. Prioritize your true dreams and things you love. Fitness and health are fundamental. That means these are part of our physiology. It's our nature to move around, lift things, eat, sleep... Nothing special about it. Really. In fact if you live well balanced life you will achieve your goals in health, fitness, your job or career and more as well as just a great look or no look at all because you are always to stressed or tired, right?
My fitness is based on 3 days of training and that's it. Quite often I take a day, or a week off... I simplify everything. 45 minutes in the gym. Good food. Good sleep. No drugs. Playing the guitar, violin.... yes. So fitness has a place in my life and somehow it keeps me busy but I don't train 6x week and I don't do any cardio to loose body fat. Because cardio actually can makes us really fatigued.

You can dream of something that is very hard to achieve but if you are dreaming about being healthy and fit you just need to know how to do it... just dreaming doesn't mean it will happen.
You can simply ask me what to do and I will teach you. I won't give you a fitness plan or a diet from a template from Google... it will be tailored to your own body/mind/ current health situation. Don't wait... 🌠
