Are you a bread lover just like me but scared it will spike your blood sugar? Then read on cause this hack is just for you 😉

Research shows that if you freeze any foods with high GI carbs it will turn a large portion of the starch into resistance starch.

Resistance starch in turn is great food for your Gut Microbiome thus increasing the amount of good bugs and gut flora. While not letting your blood sugar spike

An even better way to have your frozen bread is by toasting it. Toasting the bread have shown an even greater reduction in the blood sugar levels.

So go enjoy that slice of bread, but remember you got to FREEZE it and not just refrigerate it.
