In our inaugural wellness retreat and workshops held in Zimbabwe and Namibia , the voices of 33 Women were heard, hands were held, and hearts united.

Women from Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia, Spain, and Costa Rica came together to heal, grow, and connect.

Through inclusive and accessible wellness retreats rooted in Africa’s rich cultural traditions, and natural beauty, we are learning and defining what wellbeing means for African women and their allies.

Our mission is clear: to create safe trauma-informed spaces where no woman is left behind.

This is just the beginning—a spark for something much greater. We believe this movement will become a powerful catalyst for lasting impact. 🩵✨🤎
