Dr. Devinder Kapoor

Dr. Devinder Kapoor Homeopathic Medical Doctor, Lifestyle Medicine, Specialist in Gut Health, Mental Health. ACC Certified Mental Well-being Coach, Neuroscience Coach

How did I become a Homeopathic Doctor? I was fortunate to be born into a family of renowned artists, with my father being an acting tutor who inspired Bollywood actors. Initially, it seemed unlikely for me to enter the medical field until I witnessed the miraculous recovery of my mother from Meningitis. Her recovery, achieved through homeopathy after unsuccessful treatments with side effects, gre

atly influenced me. This experience ignited my passion to study homeopathy and pursue a career in it. Homeopathy focuses on natural healing and restoring health rather than suppressing symptoms. I firmly believe that medicine should promote the body’s healing capabilities. These strong convictions led me to delve into the depths of this holistic science. Education

In 2001, I graduated as a Rank holder with a Bachelor’s in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from CMPH Medical College in Mumbai, India. Additionally, I obtained a Fellowship in Homeopathic Dermatology from Maharashtra University in India. I am certified in Functional Medicine from The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) in the United States. I also hold certifications in NAET from the NAET Foundation, which is a non-invasive allergy elimination technique based on the principles of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Applied Kinesiology. Furthermore, I am a certified Advanced Bio-well Energy Scan Specialist, proficient in Meridian diagnosis, its functions and relations, as well as in Auriculotherapy and Auricular Acupuncture. Experience

With over 20 years of experience specializing in Homeopathic practice, I firmly believe in the holistic nature of Homeopathy and its crucial role in achieving overall health. My expertise lies in diagnostics through functional blood work analysis and energy scans, which provide insights into body functions and homeostasis. I also employ treatment modalities such as detoxification therapies, holistic diet and lifestyle therapies, healing energy blockages, natural intravenous therapies, herbal medicines, and Homeopathic remedies to promote optimal health. My goal is to empower and educate my patients, encouraging them to take charge of their own health, as life can only exist when health is present. I firmly believe that the solution lies in a holistic approach, addressing the whole person rather than individual pieces. Consultations and Treatment

I provide consultations and treatments for individuals of all age groups, from infancy to geriatric, including pregnant mothers. My specialties encompass the treatment of both acute and chronic conditions. These include inflammation and allergies that can lead to various disorders such as skin conditions (urticaria, eczema, molluscum, warts, pigmentation, psoriasis, vitiligo), digestive disorders (indigestion, bloating, acidity, food intolerance), migraines, hair loss, hemorrhoids, obesity (weight loss), musculoskeletal disorders (headache, back pain, neck pain, vertigo), mood disorders (ADHD, autoimmune disorders), developmental disorders (autism, autism spectrum), and hormonal dysfunctions and imbalances (thyroid, PCOS, infertility). Regardless of the sickness patients present with, my ultimate aim is to restore their health, leading to the disappearance of the disease!!! Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy my time with family, with nature, going for long drives, love travelling to different countries, getting to know different cultures and I aspire to become a globe trotter some day!!

You can be successful on the outside… while quietly struggling on the inside.

Everyone sees the success—but who sees the exhaustion, anxiety, poor sleep, digestive issues, emotional overwhelm and constant pressure behind it?

Sometimes, we become so focused on building a successful life that we forget to take care of the person living it.

Because true success isn’t just about how much you achieve.
It’s about how healthy, peaceful and energized you feel while achieving it. 🌿

Don’t wait for your body to force you to slow down.

Let's see how stressed your nervous system really is. ✨
Screenshot the quiz above, count every "yes" as 1 point, then check your score below:

0–3 → Mostly regulated
Your system feels safe most of the time.

4–7 → Mild stress
You're functioning… but slightly overwhelmed. This is where things start slipping.

8–11 → High stress
Your body is in constant alert mode. This is why consistency feels hard.

12–15 → Overload / burnout zone
Your system is exhausted. This is not laziness. This is dysregulation.

A simple reset:
→ Slow down one part of your day
→ Reduce stimulation (phone, noise, content)
→ Sit in silence for 5 minutes daily
→ Eat slower
→ Step outside without your phone

You're not lazy. Your system is overloaded.

Everyone has a stress language. It's not what you feel — it's what you do the second stress hits.

FIGHT — gets loud. Argues. Needs to win, needs control.

FLIGHT — changes the subject. Buries in work. Runs before it gets uncomfortable.

FREEZE — goes quiet. Can't decide. Just wants to disappear for a bit.

FAWN — says yes before thinking. Over-apologises. Will do anything to avoid the conflict.

None of these are character flaws. They're old survival patterns your body picked up a long time ago - and most people are running one (or a mix) without ever naming it.
Which one's yours?

Signs it's already happening:

→ Cycle going irregular for no clear reason
→ Cravings you can't explain (sugar, carbs, more of both)
→ Weight stuck around your middle no matter what you cut
→ Jawline breakouts, like clockwork
→ Tired even after 8 hours of sleep
→ Wired at midnight, drained by noon

None of this is random. Stress doesn't disappear, it gets stored. In your hormones, your cycle, your body.

You can't out-discipline a problem that lives deeper than your willpower.

How many of these are you nodding along to?

If work follows you home then, your nervous system never gets the signal that it’s safe to switch off.

Your body may be physically at home,
but your mind is still in deadlines, emails, and silent pressure.

And over time, this doesn’t just stay in your head, it shows up in your body.

Fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix.
Gut issues that come and go.
Hormonal imbalances that feel “unexplained.”
Irritability, anxiety, or that constant feeling of being “on edge.”

Because the truth is —
the body doesn’t understand “work mode” vs “home mode.”
It only understands stress… or safety.

So if work keeps following you home,
your healing keeps getting delayed.

The shift is not just about “time management”
It’s about nervous system boundaries. 🌸

Closing your work loop mentally
Creating transition rituals
Allowing your body to down-regulate

Because real productivity doesn’t come from doing more…
It comes from knowing when to stop.

You deserve a life where home feels like home, not an extension of your workload. If this resonates with you, feel free to reach out with the link in my bio, I’d love to support 🌸 safety

In life, the way we think about our abilities quietly shapes everything we do. A fixed mindset. It often creates a fear of failure, a hesitation to try new things, and a tendency to give up when things don’t come easily.
On the other hand, there are those who see abilities as something that can be developed over time. With effort, patience, and learning, they believe they can grow. This is the essence of a growth mindset.
Shifting from a fixed to a growth mindset doesn’t happen overnight. It begins with small changes in how we speak to ourselves replacing “I can’t do this” with “I can learn this.” It means embracing discomfort, staying curious, and understanding that progress is more important than perfection.

Anxiety isn't a character flaw.

It's not who you are.

It's what happens when a nervous system stays in survival mode for long enough that survival mode starts to feel like your default setting.

And the frustrating thing is — most advice tells you to think your way out of it.

Reframe. Rationalise. Challenge the thought.

But anxiety lives in the body, not just the mind. And the body doesn't respond to logic when it's scared.

What it responds to is safety. Repeated signals of safety — through movement, through rest, through slowing down long enough for your cortisol to actually drop.

None of the things that help are dramatic. They're boring, actually. Consistent movement. Real sleep. Meals eaten without a screen. Saying what's on your chest before you lie down at night.

Not because these things are magic. But because they tell your nervous system, consistently and repeatedly, that the threat is over.

And over time — it starts to believe you.

You're not failing your habits. Your habits are doing exactly what they were designed to do.
That's the part nobody tells you.

Every pattern you're trying to break — the late-night eating, the phone scrolling, the overworking, the way you shut down instead of speaking up — exists because at some point, it helped.

It managed something that felt unmanageable. It gave your nervous system a way to cope.
And the problem with willpower is that it tries to override the habit without ever asking what the habit is protecting.

So the habit comes back. Every time. Because the underlying need never went anywhere.
The shift isn't trying harder. It's getting curious about what the loop is actually about.

What does the 2am scrolling feel like it's giving you? What does the food soothe when it's not really about hunger? What does the overworking drown out when you finally stop?

When you understand the root, the habit stops having the same grip. Not because you fought it. Because you finally heard what it was asking for.

Many professionals believe work-life balance means managing more tasks efficiently.

But true balance begins when work no longer occupies every corner of your mind.

The emails can wait.
The deadlines can wait.
Your wellbeing cannot.

Creating boundaries is not a sign of reduced commitment — it is a sign of emotional intelligence.

A healthy professional is not someone who never gets tired.

It is someone who knows how to recharge.

🌿 How do you create a boundary between work and home?
