How I prevent hair loss and nourish my hair longer and thicker
I've heard many people talking about hair growth tips. However, I have never came across any post relating to preventing hair loss, or if any, very few. It will be a waste if you use hair growth spray but know nothing to protect and prevent hair loss.
1. I usually stand up straight instead of bending down when washing my hair
Many people often bend their head upfront to avoid letting water tap on the face. However, when they finish and stoke their hair back to the natural position, the hair is upside down, not in order, and easily tangled and broken.
I usually stand up straight so that the water can flow along with the hair in the direction of hair growth. This helps the hair to be smooth and reduces damage and tangle.
2. After shampooing, do not twist your hair
Many of you often have the habit of twisting your hair tightly to remove water. But doing this easily causes hair to break and damage.
Instead, hold your hair and squeeze gently to drain out the water.
3. Do not apply conditioner to the scalp
Conditioner should only be applied to the hair, not to the scalp. Applying conditioner to hair causes hair roots to lose vitality and become weak, and easy to break.
I separate my hair into small curls, use my fingertips to apply conditioner evenly from the inside to the outside of the hair. After the conditioner, I wash my hair thoroughly with cold water to completely remove the impurities in the conditioner.
4. Cover your hair carefully every time you go out
Exposure to the sun causes hair to become brittle and prone to split ends. Therefore, I cover my hair, minimizing my hair's ability to be exposed to sunlight and dust when I go out.
5. Use a hair growth serum when you have done all the above things.
If you want your hair to grow long and thick, you must definitely feed your hair with nutrients that promote hair growth, so I use FEG hair growth spray to accelerate hair growth.
