This “getting excited to do stuff just before you sleep only to wake up feeling dead on motivation” is making you want to scream.
Because you’re doing ‘everything’ to optimise your performance:
💀 You’re getting enough sleep
💀 Your brekkie is protein-rich
💀 You move your body regularly
💀 You’re doing the mindset work and nervous system regulation
Two hard truths:
1. What you’re doing can only get you to the starting line (where you know what you want to do). But these strategies won’t help get you over the obstacles to the finish line.
2. ‘Breaking your goals into smaller steps’ or ‘brain dumping at night’ will not give you the focus you’re looking for.
Because the issue is that you start your work day with 47 background tabs all playing music.
And this creates an intense neurochemical friction.
So, instead of using cortisol to help you focus and be more creative, your body is forced to use it to bulldoze through the noise.
this creates a stress response which drains you before you’ve even started working.
What most high-achieving women then do is they force focus using sheer willpower, coffee, or music.
Which then triggers brain fog because your brain fights back against the (self-imposed) pressure.
Or you hit a massive energy crash two hours later because you forced your nervous system to redline.
The more you do that, the faster you’ll train your internal performance architecture to tag your vision with “Too draining. ABORT.”
If you want to stop capping yourself, you need Brilliance Boost to:
💎 Force quit your brain’s background processing so you stop leaking brainpower over those 27 invisible tabs.
💎 Identify (and temporarily quit) popular nervous system regulation or trauma strategies that are poking holes in your performance architecture.
💎 Remove the “ABORT” tag and replace it with a “Release energy” tag.
💎Comment “BB” for access - it sparks deep (lasting) focus within 15 minutes (while you work) and doesn’t require you to implement strategies that take forever.
