My Personal Experience with Collagen💜
Abundance in the Body.

For the past three years, I’ve been doing a skin scan and it measures collagen levels and shows the overall condition of the skin.

And this year, something unexpected happened: my collagen level actually went up.

No strict routines, no specific goal to “boost collagen”

I’ve been taking collagen for a while now. I take it daily, with small breaks between jars or during travels.

I like to switch between different types — marine, bovine (Grass Fed), and I always include vitamins that help the body produce its own collagen.

Plus, I absolutely love bone broth. It feels so nourishing,
you can almost sense how your skin and joints appreciate it.

But I wasn’t sure it really worked.
It just felt good to have it.
And when you see results you can actually measure,
it gives a quiet kind of confidence that peaceful feeling of I’m on the right track.

💫 Collagen isn’t only about glowing skin or shiny hair.
It’s in everything — in your joints, vessels, organs.
It reaches the surface last, only when the inner systems are full and balanced. When the body has enough of everything essential, the “extra” turns into beauty.

Maybe that’s why we’re all drawn to that healthy glow —
because deep down, it’s a sign of abundance and harmony.

Just like in life:
first you create your home, have enough food, bring comfort and after that you start adding art, fragrance, and details.
The body works the same way — when it has everything it needs, it begins to “beautify” itself naturally.

Taking a Step Back to Move Forward 🌿✨

Every few months, I take a moment to reflect and write down an intention for the part of my personality that needs more attention or a shift in habits. Lately, I’ve been focusing on relaxation and cooling down my mind.

For a while, I was in such a rush to live, do fitness and tick off every goal that I ended up creating stress in my body. The pressure to «do it all» led to over-stimulation—and as someone who’s naturally sensitive and constantly aware of everything around me (a trait my grandma would say I inherited 😉), even small things like caffeine or sugary drinks would send my energy soaring.

I’ve learned to limit external stimulants, because too much information or even exercise would overwhelm me. The real shift, though, has been my mindset. Creating space for self-care has made all the difference, and the practice that works best for me is meditation.

It’s incredible—sometimes even too much meditation feels calming, not overwhelming. One thing I’ve noticed recently is that personal conflicts, which used to weigh heavily on me and disrupt my sleep, no longer have the same impact. With regular meditation, I feel protected from letting those conflicts reach my core. It’s like a shield that helps me stay grounded, no matter what life throws my way. 🌙

This is my reminder to slow down, listen to my body, and honor the space I need to recharge. ✨ How do you make space for your own self-care?

This morning, I was struck by a profound insight. Just last week, I released a few bags of clothes and kitchen gadgets I hadn't touched in a year. Within days, a fresh wave of inspiration and answers to year-old questions washed into my life. It's truly incredible how decluttering can lead to newfound clarity and new beginnings.

🌊 Just as everything in life comes and goes, we find ourselves naturally drawn to the ever-moving waters of the ocean, sea, and rivers. Life's flow is a fundamental law of nature: either you evolve, or you fade away.

My calendar is filled with monthly decluttering days, where I free up space on my phone, clean up my computer, and more. It's all about creating room for the new and embracing a clearer, more mindful life.
