Fat-loss done properly.

Stop focusing on 500kcal daily deficits.

Nobody wants to diet forever.

Diet with intent, be relentless with it and then learn how to maintain so you don’t have to do it again.

Yes, there may be little fat-loss phases here and there, but it should never be a complete rebound to where you first started.

Be happy in your own skin, be proud of how far you’ve come, but you can always aim to be better and prioritise your health in some capacity in keeping yourself physically young for a long as possible.

Im not even anti fat-loss jabs, they’re here to stay.

But I do think there should be better vetting processes to those who use them.

In the risk of getting type 2 diabetes and these could save you? Fair.

Morbidly obese and been told you’re going to die it something doesn’t change? Fair.

Someone who just needs to lose a bit before holiday to feel better or doesn’t like the look of their reflection? Fix the underlying problem. (Habits, behaviours, lifestyle choices)

Stop listening to the bu****it that you’re fed in the fat-loss world.

Yes, you’re going to have to say no to things.

Yes, it’s going to be tough at times.

Yes, there’s going to be periods where you want to sack it off.

Yes, you’re probably going to annoy your friends a bit for putting your health and wellbeing first.

But what’s the alternative?

Being miserable, low on energy and hate your reflection for the next god knows how long?

You have the opportunity here to make meaningful change and be in direct control over the outcome.

Not just over the next 8 weeks.

But for the rest of your life.
