Yes. Crying can be a prayer to Jesus—not because tears themselves are words, but because tears can express what the heart cannot put into words.
When you cry before Jesus, you are essentially saying,
“Lord, I don't know what to say anymore, but You know what is inside me.”
Tears can express what words cannot.
Sometimes pain is so deep that you cannot form a proper prayer. But Jesus understands the heart even when the mouth is silent.
