Beginning this month, we enter our Chakra Series and start with the Root Chakra, alongside weekly morning Kundalini Yoga classes, Hatha Yoga and moon specials.

There is a reason why meditative practices such as yoga were traditionally passed on only direct from teacher to student, not only in India, but across many wisdom traditions around the world.

The intention was to preserve understanding, context and the deeper meaning behind it.

Today, many people share what they understand through their own lens, and sometimes the original intention becomes fragmented or misunderstood.

We hope these words offer a little more context about kundalini and yoga, its roots and the experience it was always meant to invite us into.

The morning is a deep dive into the power and science of Kundalini Yoga - to reconnect with yourself and your roots.

The afternoon opens the space for Family Constellations, where personal and family dynamics may become visible through systemic work within the group field.

Both workshops will be held in German.

Some people come to one Kundalini Yoga class and never return again.

Sometimes because the practice simply does not resonate with them.

Sometimes because one single class already moved something so deeply inside of them that it stayed with them for years.

Kundalini Yoga can be a very physical experience, emotionally opening, energizing, confronting, grounding, inspiring, depending on where a person currently is in life and what they are ready to feel.

Over the years, so many students have told us:
“I only practiced Kundalini Yoga once before, though I never forgot it.”

One mantra, one meditation, one breath can already shift something internally.

Regular practice creates an entirely different relationship to yourself and to life. The practice slowly becomes less about emotional release and more about awareness, clarity, stability and connection.

If this path has been calling you for a while, maybe there is a reason for it.

Our KIJU YOGA Online Membership is for people who want to integrate Kundalini Yoga into daily life through live classes, and a community group that supports practice from wherever they are in the world.

The first Systemic Family Constellation evening with Kristina at Samadhi Wellness Dubai took place this Friday during the New Moon weekend in Dubai.

What unfolded throughout these hours moved all of us deeply.

Stories that had been carried silently for years became visible. Emotions that had no words suddenly had a place.
People who had never met before stepped into each other’s systems with an honesty and sensitivity that reminded us how deeply human beings are connected beyond the mind.

This post only shares some impressions, as the constellation work remains undocumented intentionally, because these spaces are deeply personal, protected, and built on trust and confidentiality.

It felt as if a seed had been planted for the work that is still to come.

Watching this work unfold inside such a beautiful space, supported by an incredible team, felt very special for all of us.

Thank you to everyone who trusted the field, who brought their topics, joined as representatives, who opened their hearts, and to Samadhi Wellness for hosting this evening.

Systemic Family Constellations help make these hidden dynamics visible.

Many people come to a family constellation with curiosity, uncertainty, emotional heaviness, relationship questions, or the feeling that certain patterns continue repeating in their life.

Very often, people leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the emotional dynamics they may have been carrying for years without fully realizing it.

Systemic constellation work can help bring awareness to unconscious patterns connected to family dynamics, relationships, anxiety, inner conflict, emotional overwhelm, feelings of disconnection, or depression.

This work is deeply human.
It is about connection, awareness, compassion, and understanding ourselves more honestly within the larger systems we are part of.

Spend this Friday evening with us in community - a supportive group environment, together with like-minded people, meaningful conversations, and shared human connection. Drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the evening.
