I'm Nadira Imran, a certified Yoga, Health & Fitness Coach with over 12 years of experience specializing in women's health. My journey has led me to work extensively in Mumbai (India) and Dubai (UAE) guiding over 300+ women through transformative yoga practices. My expertise encompasses various yoga styles, including Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Prenatal, Postnatal, and Toddlers Yoga. I also

offer specialized sessions in Baby Massage, accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Holding a Diploma from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan , I focus on yogic management of women's health issues such as Weight loss, PCOS, PCOD, thyroid imbalances, hormonal fluctuations, and fertility challenges. I provide personalized yoga sessions at home, in-person, and online, catering to women, children, and mothers. Each session is crafted to empower you to feel strong, confident, and balanced.
