The products that are available in our office will be delivered in 3-5 working days. Delivery charges are AED 20-30 all over UAE within city areas. Payment terms are cash on delivery basis. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges once the order has been placed. Once items have been dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please note that we are not liable for any damage caused by extreme weather conditions. During the summer months, we use heat resistant packaging. If you want extra protection from the environment (which we highly recommend for cream based products like lipsticks), you can choose to pay an extra AED 5 to minimize the risk of your order being affected by the heat.
