👋 I’m Amir. If you’ve been training for years, putting in the effort, and still aren’t getting the physique or performance you want, we should talk.

I’ve spent more than 30 years training and coaching, working with over 2,000 clients in person, and building two personal training studios; one in Dubai. That experience taught me how much the details matter when you’re coaching an actual person.

You’ve heard the advice: “Train harder.” “Eat less.” “Just be consistent.” But you can be consistent with a program you’ve already outgrown. More effort won’t tell you what needs to change.

🧠 My approach: blend art and science. Your psychology, nutrition, current conditioning and recovery all influence each other. Your program should account for that.
