Self-love often develops in ways that are not immediately visible.

It can begin with small internal shifts, such as a more supportive inner dialogue, clearer boundaries, and a reduced need for external validation. These changes may seem simple, yet they often reflect deeper work taking place beneath the surface.

In many cases, the way we relate to ourselves is influenced by earlier experiences, beliefs, and patterns that were formed over time. When these are gently explored and understood, the relationship with the self begins to change in a more stable and lasting way.

This is where approaches that work with the subconscious, such as thetahealing, can offer a different perspective. By addressing what is beneath the surface, the process becomes less about effort and more about awareness.

الحقيقة إنّو تقدير الذات ما لازم يكون معلّق برأي الآخرين.
لأنّه أوّل ما نصير نعيش لنرضي الناس، منصير أسرى لنظرتن إلنا.

حبّ الذات الحقيقي بيبلّش من الداخل…
من الطريقة اللي منحكي فيها مع حالنا، ومن احترامنا لأنفسنا حتى بأوقات الشك والتعب. 🤍

الصوت ليس مجرد كلام نسمعه،
بل هو شيء نشعر به.

نبرة الصوت، هدوؤه أو حدّته، وسرعته، كلها تؤثر في حالتنا من دون أن ننتبه.
أحياناً صوت بسيط يريحنا، وأحياناً كلمة واحدة تغيّر مزاجنا بالكامل.

وهذا لا يتعلق بالموسيقى فقط،
بل أيضاً بالطريقة التي نتحدث بها مع الآخرين… ومع أنفسنا.

عندما ننتبه لما نقوله، وكيف نقوله،
نبدأ نلاحظ كيف يتغير شعورنا من الداخل.

Some experiences do not remain in the past, as they continue to influence how we feel, how we react, and how we move through daily life.

At times, a reaction may feel stronger than the situation itself, and certain patterns may repeat in different forms. Alongside this, a quiet sense of tension may also become familiar over time.

These responses are often connected to experiences that were not fully processed, which is why they can appear again in present moments.

Noticing this connection changes the way we understand our reactions.

What we believe about ourselves is not always conscious.

At times, effort, consistency, and dedication are present, yet the results do not reflect them. This is not always a question of capability. In some cases, it is connected to earlier messages that were repeated and then stored as truth.

A statement heard at a young age can become a belief, and that belief can quietly influence decisions, reactions, and outcomes later in life.

When these patterns are identified and addressed at their root, the response begins to change. What once felt blocked can start to move in a different direction.

Working with the subconscious is about understanding what has been guiding the experience rather than adding more effort.
