Same workout. Same person. Significantly different output.
And that’s exactly what caught my attention. 👀
Over the past year, I noticed my energy dipping. My workouts weren’t the same. I was doing everything “right.”
🥗 Eating a nutrient-dense diet
💪 Prioritizing protein + fiber
💊 Taking supplements
😴 Optimized my sleep - love my progesterone
🏋️♀️ Exercising 6-7 hours a week
🚶♀️ Moving throughout the day
But something was off. I knew my body-and I knew I wasn’t performing the way I used to.
So I advocated for myself and talked with my provider. We started progesterone because I was struggling with sleep and mood changes. My sleep improved dramatically.
Then I decided to try testosterone.
And WOW. What a difference.
I’m 6 weeks in, using just ⅓ of a pump daily, and the difference in my energy, workouts, recovery, and overall well-being has been significant.
📸 The screenshot I’m sharing is from my workouts before vs. after testosterone.
Same workout. Same person. Significantly different output.
This is why I believe so strongly in finding a provider who listens beyond the lab results-not someone who simply tells you, “Your labs are normal,” or worse, “It’s just aging.”
You deserve a provider who takes the time to understand the whole picture, listens to how you’re actually feeling, and looks deeper to understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.
And most importantly: advocate for yourself. ❤️
If you’re looking for a provider who listens, spends time with you, and takes a root-cause approach to women’s health, I’d love to help.
