3 reasons why women over 40 gain belly fat & it’s NOT calories!

1- Declining S*x Hormones…
First, your s*x hormones—estrogen, progesterone, testosterone—are dropping, and that changes EVERYTHING.

Estrogen is anti-inflammatory. When it declines, inflammation skyrockets, and your body stores more fat, especially in your belly.

It’s also the master storage system of your brain—low estrogen? Brain fog, poor memory, and cravings.

Progesterone? That’s your calming hormone. When it’s low, stress feels ten times worse, and your body holds onto fat like its life depends on it.

And testosterone? No, it’s NOT just a male hormone. It’s critical for muscle tone, metabolism, and energy. Low testosterone means muscle loss—and when you lose muscle, you burn fewer calories at rest.
