A leading private company in the UAE is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced **HSE Technician** to join our team immediately.
**📋 Key Responsibilities:**
* **Complete Supervision:** Manage and monitor worker residence complexes to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant living environment.
* **Auditing & Compliance:** Perform regular inspection rounds to audit conformity with HSE standards and standard specifications.
* **Reporting:** Prepare and submit detailed, periodic reports to top management and the main office.
* **Liaison & PR:** Follow up and coordinate directly with relevant government entities and authorities.
**🎯 Requirements & Skills:**
* **Administrative Abilities:** Strong organizational and managerial skills with high proficiency in professional report writing.
* **Public Relations:** High diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with external parties, government officials, and workers.
* **Languages:** Native or professional proficiency in both **English and Arabic** (Urdu language is a strong additional advantage for workforce communication).
* **Experience:** Previous experience in managing worker accommodations within the UAE is highly preferred.
