You’ve done the therapy. You’ve read the books. You understand your patterns.
And yet here you are. Still doing the same thing.
Here’s what nobody tells you — understanding your trauma and healing it are two completely different things. Your adult mind can analyse it forever. Name it, frame it, trace it back to your mother. But the part of you that’s actually running the show? It formed before you were five. Before you could speak. Before you had a single word for what you were feeling.
That part doesn’t care about your insights.
It only knows what it decided back then. That love leaves. That you have to earn your place. That if you need too much, people disappear.

And it will keep deciding that until something reaches it at the level it actually lives, the subconscious.
That’s what the Balanced Being programme does. Regression. Dreamwork. Not more talking about it. Actually moving it.

Most of us spend years wondering why the same things keep showing up.

the same relationship patterns. the same blocks. the same feeling of being stuck in a loop.

it’s not random. there are inner patterns quietly shaping all of it — your choices, your reactions, how you see yourself.

I made a short quiz to help you actually see them.
no jargon, no lengthy commitment. just a gentle look at what’s been running in the background.

Many people come to an energy session feeling stressed, emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or simply out of balance.

Afterwards, some say they feel lighter. Others describe feeling calmer, clearer, more grounded, or more present. Many simply say, “I feel more like myself.”

When we carry stress, emotions, worries, and energetic blocks for long periods of time, they can start to feel normal. We adapt to them without realizing how much energy they are taking from us.

Energy healing helps release what is no longer serving you, creating space for greater clarity, ease, and flow in your life.

Sometimes the real transformation is not adding anything new.

It’s letting go of the stress, emotions, and energetic weight that have been holding you back.

✨ Ready to experience it for yourself?

Sometimes the people who appear in your dreams are not really about them.

They are reflections of parts of yourself.
Memories. Emotions. Patterns. Masculine or feminine energies asking to be seen, understood, or healed.

Dreams speak in symbols, not logic.

Sometimes a person represents safety.
Sometimes fear.
Sometimes a wound that is still asking for attention.
And sometimes… they appear as guides, helping you move towards greater awareness.

In the Balanced Being program, we explore dreams together each week — not to overanalyse them, but to gently uncover the deeper messages beneath them.

The parts of you asking to be healed.
The patterns ready to shift.
The awareness waiting to emerge.

If you feel called to explore yourself on a deeper level, you can book a free call through the link in bio ✨

Lately I’ve been reflecting a lot on how easy it is to turn wellbeing into another form of pressure.
More routines.
More healing.
More productivity.
More self-improvement.
More trying to “get it right.”
And somewhere in the middle of all that, we slowly disconnect from ourselves again.
Yoga has taught me many things, but one of the biggest ones is that awareness is very different from control.
Sometimes growth looks like discipline.
And sometimes it looks like resting.
Like saying no.
Like feeling what’s actually there instead of trying to transcend it immediately.
Like doing less.
Like being honest.
This post is not about “having it figured out.”
It’s simply a reflection on some things I’ve slowly stopped doing over the years for my own mental and emotional wellbeing.
Maybe some of them resonate with you too 🤍

Somewhere along the way we were taught that rest is something you have to earn.

That you can only slow down once the to-do list is done and the work is finished. And because that moment never really arrives, most of us live in a constant state of low level depletion, wearing our exhaustion like a badge of honour.

But deep states of rest are not optional. They are basic biological requirements for your physical and mental wellbeing. Your nervous system needs regular access to the parasympathetic state to regulate, repair and heal.

Without it, no amount of green juice or weekend getaways will compensate for what you are missing on a cellular level.

The over stimulated pace of modern life has trained us to live in performance mode. Shifting out of that state and into true receptivity is a skill that needs to be relearned, through restorative practices, conscious breath, sound and stillness.

You are not lazy when you rest. You are doing one of the most intelligent and loving things you can do for yourself, because a regulated nervous system is the foundation of presence, patience and joy.

If something inside you has been quietly asking for your attention…

I’m scheduling the 30-hour Yoga for Stress & Anxiety training for later this year.

If you read those signs and felt something tighten in your chest, that’s not a coincidence. That’s recognition.

The feminine doesn’t go dormant because something is wrong with you. She goes dormant because, somewhere along the way, it wasn’t safe to feel, to receive, to take up space without earning it first.

Most of us learned this with our mothers, not because they didn’t love us, but because they were carrying their own unhealed feminine. The pattern gets passed down quietly, in the things that aren’t said.

The good news: this isn’t your personality. It’s a pattern. And patterns can be released.

Balanced Being is a 12-week 1:1 process. no stacking modalities, no spiritual bypassing, no quick fix. Just deep, individualized work using guided regression and dreamwork to bring you home to yourself.

Only a few spots are open this round.

When masculine energy is out of balance, it doesn’t look like strength.
It looks like control.Perfectionism.Overworking.People-pleasing.Frustration when things don’t go as planned.
Trying to hold everything together… because deep down, you don’t feel fully supported.
Often this comes from not receiving the kind of safety or support you needed growing up.Not necessarily anyone’s fault. But it still lives in your system.
So we think the problem is outside of us —and we try to control situations, relationships, outcomes.
But it’s not.
When masculine energy is in balance, it feels very different.
You trust yourself. You feel supported. You don’t need to control everything to feel safe.
You can take risks without panic. You can say no without guilt. You move with a quiet sense of: “I’ve got this.”

Restorative yoga creates the space where the body can rest and repair.

For many people living with autoimmune conditions, the nervous system is constantly on alert. Even when you’re eating well, taking supplements, exercising carefully — the system can still feel wired, inflamed or exhausted.

Healing does not happen in fight-or-flight.
It happens in the parasympathetic state — where the body regulates, restores and repairs.

Restorative yoga is designed to gently guide you there.

Through fully supported postures, longer holds and conscious rest, the body is given a clear signal: you are safe. You can soften. You can downshift.

This training is not only for yoga teachers.

It’s also for people living with autoimmune conditions who want practical, safe tools to support themselves at home, especially on days when energy is low, symptoms flare, or the body needs more care than effort.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need flexibility.
You don’t need to become a teacher.

You will learn how to:
* Set up restorative postures safely
* Support the nervous system intentionally
* Understand why deep rest changes physiology
* Create a simple home practice that works with your condition, not against it

Rest is not passive. It is therapeutic.

If your body has been asking for a different approach, this work matters.

There’s a lot happening right now, and most of it is outside of our control.

When something sudden happens, the body reacts. That first response is automatic. It’s the nervous system doing its job.

What comes next is where choice lives.
You can follow the surge of panic and build a story around it. Or you can pause and check in.

Where is my breath? Can I feel my heartbeat? What is actually happening right now?
Not what might happen. Not the worst-case scenario.Just what is true in this moment.

A long exhale. A soft sigh. Letting the breath extend out of the body.

You may not be able to change the situation. But you can change your reaction to it. And that changes how you move through the rest of your day.

That’s not denial.It’s regulation.
