Carnivore Bacon Quiche

5 eggs beaten
100g Vintage Mature Cheddar cheese grated
1 pack streaky bacon finely chopped and grilled

Mix all ingredients together, add salt to taste

Bake in the Airfryer for 20mins on 180°C

Cut onto even pieces and serve and enjoy

Carnivore Chocolate Mousse Recipe
{6 portions}

6 boiled chilled eggs
4 Tblsp 100% dark cocoa
250ml heavy/double cream
2 Tblsp Manuka honey for sweetness

Blend all together till smooth
Evenly divide and add your topper of choice

Chill for 2 hours in the fridge and serve

🍫 Carnivore Crumble Chocolate (Makes 1 Bar)

For the Chocolate:
250g unsalted butter, melted & browned in a stainless steel or cast iron pan
2 Tblsp 100% Pure Dark Cacoa
2 Tblsp Milk Powder
2 Tblsp Raw Honey

Mix all together well until smooth and a steady consistency

Milk powder cookie crumble:
Melt 100g butter and brown, then add 200g milk powder to set, cook/lightly pan fry on low heat till golden brown

🍫 Moulding Instructions:
1st layer of chocolate and freeze for 30mins
Add milk powder crumble
Last chocolate layer

Freeze for up 3 hours till set

🍫 Unmould and enjoy 1 block at a time 😜
