⚠️ 1. သွားနာတာ မပျောက်ခြင်း

သွားနာတာက တဖြည်းဖြည်းပိုဆိုးလာပြီး မပျောက်သွားဘူးဆိုရင် သွားအတွင်းပိုင်းထဲ infection ဝင်နေတဲ့ လက္ခဏာဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
