Mulligan Concept International second opinion physiotherapist and manual therapy and sports educator. Based in Dubai Mulligan.

The Mulligan Concept was founded by a master physiotherapist from New Zealand

Brian R. The concept is a completely new approach in assessment and treatment movement disorders. When movement is restricted at any joint in the body it is possibly caused by joint restriction in certain directions. When indicated, a painfree joint mobilization will commonly restore movement at that specific joint and results in an immediate decrease of pain or other symptoms. The assessment and treatment is unique, because results will be felt and observed immediately. While the method may not be suitable for all the types of movement or pain problems, it seems to help the most common problems encountered at the clinic. In other words, the method is a pain free joint mobilisation that will commonly restore movement deficit and decrease pain within few minutes.

Mulligan tape, knee internal rotation
One of the most useful taping techniques for knee instability, pre and post operative ACL injuries and for regular people who has had a knee sprain. The tape supports the knee without restricting the normal movement, therefore it allows the knee to function well under less stress and speeds up recovery and reduces recurrent swelling.
