- Exercise
- Do something creative or that you've never done before
- Sing, no matter what you sound like
- Paint. Even paint by numbers is very relaxing and useful for all ages.
- Create an online group with your family, friends, and colleagues. Having someone to talk to about your needs and feelings is important for mental health.
- Make sure to contact at least one person every day for social connection.
