Not a version of me I share often.
Here’s why I’m posting it today.
Most men over 40 are treating a testosterone problem.
What they actually have is a cortisol problem.
The Harvard Kennedy School studied male executives and found the same thing every elite coach now sees clinically: high testosterone alone doesn’t predict status, energy, or physical performance.
The interaction between cortisol and testosterone does.
You can have a “normal” T number.
If your cortisol is running hot — and it is, because you run a business — your body will still:
→ Store fat around your organs
→ Wake you at 3am
→ Tank your drive
→ Burn out your adrenals
→ Make every training session work against you
This is why most executive men hit a wall after 40 they can’t out-train, out-supplement, or out-discipline.
You don’t need more effort.
You need a different order of operations.
In my system, cortisol gets fixed first.
Insulin second.
Testosterone third.
In any other order, nothing holds.
Comment EXECUTIVE and I’ll send you The Cortisol Reset Blueprint — the same framework I use with my private clients.
Which of these symptoms is hitting hardest for you right now — belly fat, energy, or sleep?
