Full Face Facial Gua Sha Ritual

If you’re new to face exercises, try this simple way to practise moving your cheek muscles.

Hold a pencil gently between your lips. Keeping it in place, lift your cheeks into a smile, then release. Repeat 10 times. On the final lift, hold for 10 seconds.

That’s one set. Start with three sets, moving gently and staying relaxed.
