**Brown Butter Cookies**
Gluten-free✅ Refined sugar free ✅
Ingredients
1 cup of cane sugar
1 small stick of butter (113g)
1 egg
1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
3/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
Generous amount of chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Method
Heat the cane sugar and butter over low heat until the sugar has dissolved and the butter has browned.
Add all the remaining ingredients consecutively.
Mix well and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Then bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 315F.
Best served fresh and warm.
