Exploring Swing Yoga for Runners 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♀️

I've been diving into different ways to stay **balanced**, **mobile**, **strong**, **stretched**, and **recovered** from my runs, and I recently tried **swing yoga**—what a fun experience! Thanks to Coni from Fly High Fitness, I’m feeling stretched, graceful, and strong. 💪

As runners, we often look for the *one right way* to recover and stay strong, but the truth is, there isn't just one way! It’s all about understanding the **fundamentals of recovery** and finding something you *love* that works for you.

Whether it’s yoga, strength training, or something completely new, if you get the basics of recovery right, you'll be unstoppable.
