It’s the endless waiting.

And the worst part is that no one can tell you when it will end.

So often my students will apologise for getting upset, for crying, for letting out all the emotions they’ve been carrying.

Last week in our monthly sharing circle I had a NO APOLOGISING policy.

Because, as women, there is too much of that already.

“Don’t be loud, don’t make a fuss, be grateful for what you have”

So I hope that coming here feels like a safe space for you.

To feel everything. And to never apologise for it.

So, so many comments and messages this week about handling friendships while you’re struggling through infertility.
