Last week we had Patrick Gabarrón Gil, (Spanish professional footballer who recently joined Al-Ittifaq FC) came in for a closer look at his movement and strength.

With Matheus Fontes, Our Sports Science & Performance Consultant, he went through a series of assessments using HumanTrak, ForceDecks, ForceFrame and NordBord to understand how he moves, how he produces force, and where there may be room to improve.

The session helped our team identify areas to work on and shape a more targeted approach to enhance his performance and reduce injury risk. Always great having athletes in with us and getting a closer look at what helps them perform at their best.
