Across the Caribbean, youth advocates are calling for healthier school environments.

Our children deserve school spaces that protect their health, not ones that market unhealthy food and drink to them.

At the 5th Annual Grow with the Flo Women & Girls Health Expo, we proudly stood with Hope for the Future, a powerful youth-led movement supported by the Healthy Caribbean Coalition, Healthy Caribbean Youth, and partners across the region.

Young people across the Caribbean are raising their voices for healthier school environments. Here in Antigua and Barbuda, we are proud to add ours.

Thank you to every single person who showed up, spoke up, and stood with this movement at the Expo. Community action like yours is how change happens.

The Heart & Stroke Foundation, Antigua and Barbuda in partnership with the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre will host its 2nd Annual Public Lecture this Thursday, February 26 at 5:00 p.m. in the SLBMC Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

Featured presentations include:

2. Stress, Sleep and the Heart: The Risks We Ignore
3. From Sweetness to Sickness: How Sugar Affects the Heart and Brain
