We want to focus on the quality of time, on how you can enjoy yourself and the others in everyday duties and yet having time for expressing yourself, creating art or whatever makes you happy. We learned about organic gardening, animal breeding, food processing and permaculture mostly by DOING IT.... but yes, at the end we got the degree! We have years of experience in making our synergistic garde

n (100% sperimental, 'cause we're actually using not just synergistic garden techniques), we managed to organize permacultural courses, we're really good cooks... and our favourite butchers! yes, we did it all, from sausages to guanciale, cheese and mozzarella, without telling you all the conserves & fermented stuff you can imagine. We're big fans of edible wild species, rocket stoves, everything that works with waste and open source technologies. We're somehow skilled in construction (and reconstruction) preferably with recycled materials (bottle walls and windows greenhouses: done!). Cin is a graphic designer and an illustrator truly into aesthetics, which she believe is essential. Michele is formerly an agrarian student, but also IT technician and theater actor. We're both fluent english speaker and adaptable, we're at our second proper farm, with many other experiences on our way back, in different climate conditions.
