The Reiki Journey (Part 2)
Who comes to Reiki… with me?
Many people arrive through someone who has already experienced a session with me and recommended them.
Usually is someone who felt a change and shared it.
They come with different stories.
Some has work stress that doesn’t stay at work anymore,
but starts affecting their daily life.
Some are going through an illness, or are in the middle of a medical treatment, and are simply looking for deep rest or a space to talk and feel heard.
Others come because they can’t sleep, or because something in a relationship is not well, a sudden break up, a separation, or the feeling that something needs to change in a relationship.
Sometimes, they arrive feeling sad, without really knowing why.
And that’s okay.
In the first sessions, something begins to settle.
By the second one, many of them feel a deep sense of relaxation.
Little by little, they start to soften and to feel happier.
Some find it easier to make decisions, they’ve been thinking to make for a long time, and couldn’t do it.
Others feel lighter, or more willing to move forward with their lives.
I offer them a space.
A space to rest.
To listen to themselves.
To simply be who they are.
And from there… something shifts.
They begin to feel, to reflect,
and to find the strength to continue.
I always remind them that
this is a complementary practice, that supports their process,
but it does not replace therapy or medical treatments.
How does this resonate with you?
I’d like to read your personal experience with reiki ♥️
You’re always welcome to try and have your own experience with me.
I’d be happy to meet you!
Love,
Padme.
