🇧🇷 🇧🇷 Really happy to have been part of the 46th Brazilian Congress of Hand Surgery SBCM - Cirurgia da Mão , sharing some of my work in wrist arthroscopy, TFCC, scapholunate instability, thumb base fractures and distal radius surgery.

Great discussions, great science and, most importantly, great time with friends.

Quiero agradecer a todos los que participaron del Curso de Actualización de Junio de la AACM .

Fue un verdadero placer haber tenido la oportunidad de coordinar el módulo de muñeca y compartir una jornada de aprendizaje, intercambio y discusión con tantos colegas comprometidos con el crecimiento de nuestra especialidad.

Un agradecimiento muy especial a Guillermo Maujo por la confianza y por darme la posibilidad de asumir este desafío.

🇺🇸🇺🇸 Since I started medical school, I have always heard that Mayo Clinic is probably one of the most prestigious institutions in the world in medicine and surgery. Today, I had the privilege of being invited as Guest Faculty at the official Mayo Clinic wrist surgery course , sharing and exchanging ideas about what I am most passionate about: wrist arthroscopy. 🙌

Thank you and for inviting me to your home and for making these days so special. 🙏

We spent a few incredible days at the legendary Mayo Clinic. The course was truly outstanding, and I am very happy and grateful to have shared this experience with so many friends and colleagues from around the world. 🌎🤝

I also had the opportunity to give lectures on arthroscopic treatment of perilunate injuries, scaphoid nonunion, complex intra articular distal radius fractures, and arthroscopic four corner fusion. 🦴🔬

🇪🇸🇪🇸 Back from wonderful Valencia after a few intense and very rewarding days at the Annual Meeting 2026.

I had the opportunity to actively participate in multiple sessions, delivering several talks, sharing ideas, discussing challenging cases, and learning from outstanding colleagues. These meetings always push us to keep improving and refining what we do in daily practice.

A special thanks to for the invitation and trust 🙏. Congratulations to him, and their team for an outstanding organization, everything ran at a very high level 👏.

Last week, I had the great pleasure of welcoming Bobby Chhabra, current President of the ASSH 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 (American Society for Surgery of the Hand ASSH ), together with Brent DeGeorge and their Fellows, Evelyn Reed and Parker Johnson, who came from the University of Virginia, USA, to visit me in Buenos Aires. 🇦🇷🤝🇺🇸

It was a real pleasure to share these days with them in the operating room and to show them the way we perform different arthroscopic techniques. We had the opportunity to work together and exchange experiences in cases involving dorsal and volar ganglions, ECU tenoscopy, arthroscopic assistance in C3 fractures, scaphoid waist nonunion, proximal pole scaphoid nonunion, 360 scapholunate reconstruction for static instability, DIC plication for the treatment of dynamic instability, and foveal TFCC reinsertion with a double band technique to reinsert the palmar and dorsal ligaments. 🔬🖐️

It was an unforgettable experience. Beyond the surgical and academic side, these days allowed us to exchange a great deal of knowledge, learn from one another, and begin what I am sure will be a great friendship. 🙏

A special thank you to my wife Nadia Santoro , for supporting me throughout these days. I am also very grateful to my scrub nurse Pau Auscarriaga , who as always was incredibly efficient in the operating room. My sincere thanks as well to Climba Traumatología and to Dr. Lupotti y Equipo for allowing me to carry this forward in such a high level environment and with such a wonderful experience. 😊
