On June 23rd, I am opening a gentle Prenatal Yoga & Ayurveda space at Seddwell Center.
✨ A nurturing 1-hour Prenatal Yoga practice�with Breath awareness and relaxation�✨ followed by Ayurvedic insights for pregnancy�& Time to connect, share, and ask questions
