Learning CranioSacral Therapy is very much a journey.
Our training is modular, allowing you to develop your skills progressively rather than trying to learn everything at once. You begin with CST1, learning the foundations - including the light touch, listening hands and core techniques.
From there, you can progress through:
➡️ CST2 – developing your ability to listen and really work by following what the body knows it actually needs (our bodies really do know A LOT!)
➡️ SER1 & SER2 – exploring SomatoEmotional Release and therapeutic imagery and dialogue, and understanding more about the effect our emotional holding may be having on our bodies.
➡️ There's a real mixture of advanced courses like CST for Paediatrics, the Brain, the Immune System, Concussion... there's always something new to learn!
We have lots of fun too… we're not simply about collecting certificates!
Along the way, you can join study groups to review and practice, have mentoring to deepen your own understanding and create many opportunities to treat and get treated with our country-wide (in fact worldwide!) community of practitioners...
And for many of us, it becomes a journey that continues long after the first class...!
