~FOR SALE / AVAILABLE ~

Ok.. hands down.. no doubt this is my most difficult steel I’ve ever forged. 180 layers cladding in total of Copper, Nickel and O2 steel , combined with an ApexUltra Core. The Koa wood with hollow grinds fits perfect for the hand. As a nakiri lover I went straight forward to make it out of that steel. Due the weight of the blade it’s recommended to use a pinch grip - wich I always prefer to use on knives.
I forged it at workshop because at that time my new workshop wasn’t ready to use. - thank for giving me always the support and opportunity to use your workshop Martin ❤️ for etching I used Fe3cl and some of that gator p**s wich Keith send me. I fell in love with the copper nickel cladding. What do you think?

I totally forgot to post my last 3 knifes I have finished so here is #1 I made for Lisa :)

Since grandpa died in an horrible accident out in the woods , time is standing still for me in the workshop. I get lost in my thoughts a lot and miss his little visits. But I am trying to „don’t f**k it up“ like he always said to me while visiting with a big big smile.

So I hope you like this little santoku. 90layer gomai with 1.2519 core steel. I tell you a little secret - I made the steel few months ago at workshop, while driving home the core steel cracked and Martin was so kind and helpful to send me another one , so thanks for that my friend

I think about producing a stock removal Tanto EDC line … what’s your opinion on that? Maybe also a drop point version.. To keep lower costs than usual I think about water/lasercutting the blades.. Interested?

Not my typical geometry but this blade right here was made for a very good old friend 🥰 also I gave him one of my first boxes wich I got custom made 😁😁 how do you like it? Tell me in the comments

We got some bog oak on the scales and 1.2842 as the steel. The edge was grinded till 0.08 before I made it sharp. So this knife right there is a very nice cutting devil

Finished a reaaaaally nice blade for .
90layer Damascus each side with 1.2519 tungsten steel core .. also managed to use my first block of .koa koa wood . Really became a fan of the hollow grinds on the handle for kitchen knives. What do you guys think of it ?
Also my press had fun making the steel . Should use it more often after making new working dies.

It’s been some time since I finished this one but it took me forever to get pictures and edit them with my wife together. So here it is…

My first stainless sanmai Chef with an APEX ULTRA core steel from 🥰🥰 what a tough beast of steel is that.. this will be my personal keeper for testing the hell out of my kitchen.

I forged this one at the workshop of who let me borrow his tools from time to time. What a great guy he is. The wood I got from my buddy .at Keith wich always pleases me with the best looking stuff.

And you know what… I love the knifesmithing/making communit so much… there are so many people out there who inspire me over the years without any bad blood always supportive and giving me the feedback I need to get better and better. It’s not about talent.. it’s about learning and learning and practice the hell out of it. And few of you guys are just nailing it day by day. So a huge thanks to everyone out there reaching out, having some chats, beers in real life or food. However life is treating me well with my family and people , great people I call family and people who always be there and have a listen. Stay as you are please 🔥
If you read till here .. thank you for your support. Thanks for checking out my stuff.
