Everybody talks about love. Almost nobody does it. 🤍
Love became a product. Easy to post, easy to say, easy to sell. What’s hard is the real thing — staying, committing, letting someone actually see you. That’s the part we skip. And that’s why so many people feel lonely, even with a full phone.
If you want to understand why people run from real closeness — and how to guide them back to it — the Love Mentor Certification could be exactly your thing. Link in bio. We are stating next round to certify love mentos in November
Or comment LOVE and I send you more info.

Two years ago I met a woman. We knew each other, had some kind of connection, that’s how life goes sometimes. Then I said no. That’s literally all it took.
What happened next? I watched someone transform into something I’d never seen before. A hater. Not just angry — methodical, calculated, determined to destroy me.
She went into groups where I was present. Talked to admins. Told them stories about me that never happened. Made-up bu****it, honestly. But here’s the thing — they believed her without ever questioning me, without ever asking me for my side. Then she did something I still can’t believe: she contacted a famous wellness center in Dubai and told them to cancel my event.
They cancelled it. They actually cancelled my event based on lies from someone they’d never met, never investigated, never had a single conversation with.
Then the WhatsApp groups started. People deleting me. People I’d worked with. Colleagues. Gone.
I was in full panic mode. Honestly terrified about my reputation, my business, everything I’d built. I called my lawyer immediately. We started legal proceedings because this was defamation. This was serious.

My name was being destroyed by someone playing the victim.
But then something shifted in me.
I stopped fighting.
And that’s when everything changed.
I realized something profound: People who spread rumors like this — they’re not actually motivated by you. They’re running from their own wounds. Deep, unintegrated pain. They’re so lost in their own suffering that they need to pull you down to validate it. If you fail, if you get destroyed, if people hate you too — then maybe their darkness makes sense.
That’s not power. That’s someone bleeding on everyone around them.
Then I looked at everyone who believed her. The admins. The wellness center. The people who deleted me from groups. They’re not evil. They’re just… asleep. Unconscious. Operating on autopilot.
One charged word — “predator” — and alarm bells ring. Someone uses “manipulator” and red flags everywhere. A woman writes one emotional sentence in an email and suddenly the mob moves. Nobody questions. Nobody investigates. Nobody thinks deeply.
They just believe. Because thinking is

Summer mode: ON. ☀️🌊

After 2+ years of full-on building — U-Dating, U-Dance, U-Livewell, U-Grow, workshops, keynotes, company trainings, camps, retreats, the Mask off card game, writing books and mentoring beautiful humans — I’ve decided to give myself something I’ve been putting off for way too long: a real summer. 🌿

Time to recharge, finish my 3rd book on relational intelligence, and dream up something completely new for U-Dating — because something exciting is coming and it deserves my full creative energy.

So for the next weeks I’ll be living a little slower, writing a lot, thinking big thoughts by the water 😄 and genuinely enjoying the season and the most important : much less social media

I’ll pop up with some stories here and there — because let’s be honest, I can’t stay completely quiet 😊 But no events, no big announcements until September.

To everyone who came to a workshop, a keynote, a camp or a retreat — thank you from the bottom of my heart. You make this work so meaningful. I’m genuinely so excited about what’s coming for us — more growth, more depth, more beautiful moments together. 🤍

See you in September — refreshed and full of new ideas. 🌊✨

Am 12. Juli machen wir in Linz eine Mask Off Night – das Thema diesmal: Dominanz & Hingabe.
Nicht als Tabu. Nicht als Show.
Sondern als echtes, offenes Gespräch – in einem Raum ohne Scham, ohne Druck, ohne Urteile.
Mit Psychologin Sonja Bruckner als Gast.
Wer führt. Wer sich fallen lässt. Und warum uns das so anzieht –
das schauen wir uns gemeinsam an. Ehrlich. Menschlich. Sicher.
📅 Samstag, 12. Juli · 18 Uhr
📍 Dinghoferstraße 38, Linz

„Fake it till you make it.“

Whoever said that left the sentence half-finished.

The full version goes:
Fake it till you make it —
or until the mask burns you out.

There is no third ending.

I’ve worn enough masks in my life to know which one most people end up with. The smiling colleague who’s empty inside. The „strong“ man who hasn’t felt anything in months. The high-performer running on fumes and willpower.

The mask always sends an invoice. Sooner or later.

That’s why we built Mask Off Night.
One evening. No performance. No pretending. Just the real face under the costume.

Kein Workshop. Keine Party.

To all my friends who are surrendering right now to their depression - to everyone who is just complaining at home refusing every job he gets because it’s not comfortable enough - to everyone sitting by the beach the whole year complaining about people and life
Look at him..
He shows up every single day.

And you’re telling me you can’t get out of bed?

I’m not here to shame you — I’m here to wake you up.
Because I love you too much to stay quiet.

Depression is real.
But so is the moment you decide to move anyway.

One step.
One breath.
One choice.

That’s all it takes to start.

The man in this video didn’t wait until he felt ready.
He just moved — with everything he had left.

So move your body.
Work on yourself.
Do something.
Live.

You were built for more than surviving your own mind. 🖤

Everyone who knows me well — friends and family — knows that every year I go through experiences where I can dig deep into myself. We call it doing the work.
Yes even as coaches, we need to do the work that our communities and clients are doing though us, we have to go through it. And that’s not something you do once or twice, but every year — every year to dig deeper and take the time to reflect on life and go through the layers, layer after layer after layer.

This year, I was in a very special place in Tuscany, Italy, with great coaches, therapists, and beautiful people. What a great container we had.

I cried.
I laughed.
I hugged.
I released.

1 week with no mobile.
1 week with basic food and less sleep
1 week in silence.
And sometimes in a dark room,
while the sun was shining
in Tuscany.

What a ride.

And believe me, it’s a tough one.
Working on yourself is tough.
For everyone, even if you’ve done the work hundreds of times.
Being in silence with yourself
is tough and hard.

I had so many realizations.
I reflected on so many mistakes.
I realized that I made mistakes. Yes!
I need to apologise.
Not because you did them wrong. It’s about U
Looking into yourself, not at others.
F-k them.
Yes, they treated you badly.
Yes, they maybe f-ked up your life and traumatised u.
But now it’s about you.
It’s about looking within yourself. What you need to close this page. Sometimes the apology is for yourself more than for them. What you did to yourself, how you brought yourself there to give them the chance to do this with you.

It’s tough work.
But it’s good work.

I invite you all to do it.
The inner work.
Not once — because it’s a journey.
Just start.
Your journey.
Your life.
