What if you already have enough time — and the problem is something else entirely?
I know that's a big claim, but stay with me.
Most of the busy women I know don't actually have zero downtime. They have twenty minutes here. Fifteen there. An hour on a Sunday afternoon.
But instead of using that time in a way that genuinely restores them — they're scrolling, catching up on emails, doing the background tasks that feel productive but leave them no more rested than before.
They have the time , but they’re just not in it.
And this is what I think is the real problem beneath the busyness. Not a lack of hours, but a lack of presence in the hours we already have.
This week on Balanced Brews, we're talking about quality over quantity — and what it really means to have enough time.
Listen in as I explore:
⏳ The "more time" myth and what actually happens when you imagine having three free hours
🧘🏻♂️ What full presence feels like — and why the neuroscience backs it up completely
🧠 The cost of half-presence on our relationships and our experience of our own lives
💖 Four tiny practices that change everything — without changing your schedule
This one is a reset I think you'll love it.

And tell me below 👇 — if someone handed you three free hours tomorrow, what would you actually do with them? I genuinely want to know.
