💙 A little update about after-hours appointments

To help us continue providing care when you need it most, there are additional fees for consultations outside of standard hours. This includes:
✨ Weekends
✨ Public holidays
✨ And from 1st October 2025, all appointments booked after 5pm on weekdays

These fees help us cover the extra costs of running an after-hours service, while ensuring our team can be here for you when it matters most.

In response to your suggestions, we’ve:
✅ Improved sound in the waiting room for your comfort and to improve your privacy.
✅ Set up a dedicated feedback email: [email protected]
✅ Updated our reception team’s LGBTQIA+ training to ensure we continue to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment.
✅ Provided more options for patient identification at check-in — if you’d prefer not to give details verbally at reception, you’re welcome to present a driver’s license or similar ID.
🔒 Patient identification remains really important, as it helps protect your safety and ensures accurate records.
