Took a ride out on the O-Bahn with Stuie today. We had lunch in the food court and then played 8ball at the Modbury Hotel. Pretty warm but the AC on the bus and the train was great 👍 Didn't even have to drive today.

I love helping my clients to get outdoors and exercise. Bike riding is a great way to cover lots of ground fast, take in some coastal views and keep fit and stay healthy.

One of my clients has mobility issues and exercise is his number one priority, but due various factors, he hadn't done any in months. Now that he has new living arrangements, the opportunity to get out of the house more and has led to him doing some exercise. He has his own ebike and I was able to take him out yesterday for a sunny ride from McLaren Vale to Moana and back. I got a tour of his old suburb and all the houses he was brought up in as well as the SLSC where his name is on the honour board. He was pretty stoked to get back on the bike again. 😉👍
