About the role:
You’ll be supporting people to live the life they choose, whether that’s getting out into the community, building independence, or simply having someone consistent and reliable by their side.
We’re looking for people who:
Are compassionate, reliable, and proactive
Have experience (or a genuine interest) in disability support
Hold (or are willing to obtain) all relevant certificates and mandatory documentation (NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, Working With Children Check, etc.)
Bring energy, respect, and a person-first mindset
